Simply Be-You-tiful!

Defining your personal “look” is about what you project, with what your wear, and how you feel when you wear it. Discovering what your style is will make choosing your wardrobe much easier and you’ll be able to rock ensembles you never thought you could. Besides, you’ll stop spending on stuff that you know you will never wear!

Decide what you want to project with your style. Cut out magazines or print pictures of people whose style you admire. Examine each piece of clothing and accessories in your pictures and make a list of your favorite things.

Pay close attention to the accessories (jewelry, purses, scarfs, shoes) as they balance and tie everything together. Pick out similar articles out of your own closet and set them aside. Consider donating those that you didn’t put aside (and probably never use) to charity. Try on the items that you did set aside and keep only those that work well with your body. Make sure you keep enough clothes that will keep you until you go shopping. Now, check your list and go shop for those items that you don’t have. Remember that a modern hair cut will give your style that finishing touch!
