Winter 2012: Here's to our best work yet to come!
As I sit here and analyze 2011, I must say that the year was far from idyllic. It was, in fact, quite a rough year, not only for me, but also for many people whom I have talked to about the subject.

The more I talk to people around town, the more I am convinced that 2011 is the year of “health.” I touched on this a bit in the last issue but I want to re-iterate it because health is such an important topic. And, I for one, have decided to wholeheartedly jump on the bandwagon.

Last month, I scheduled a check-up with my family doctor. I hadn’t been feeling well and decided that perhaps it was time to look into why I was feeling so fatigued, irritated and stressed out. My doctor sat patiently listening to me go on and on about my symptoms.
